Monday morning around 8:15. This truck was seen dropping off a hooded male at the corner of Wendell Crt and Wendell St. The truck headed north to Wendell Circle where it stopped. The individual walked east until he saw that a resident was in their garage. Then the individual ran between house heading North. He reappeared on Wendell St. And the trucked came back and picked him up and headed South on Wendell. PLEASE REPORT suspicious activity you may observe, to Law Enforcement.

Project Lake clean up. President Brandon Monroe. Former President Jay Hynes joined Former Vice President Jeff Stone's efforts to clean up the trash around the Communities Lake. 1,200 lbs of trash was collected and taken to the Dump.

Just a Heads-up for all of residents of Highridge.
This spring l set up a lawn care program with True Green Lawn Service. I paid for a 1 year (5 treatments) program to remove Bermuda grass that has invaded my yard.
At the beginning of march. A True Green sales representative assured me they could deal with my issues. I received 1 treatment to my yard. March 27th.
The representative came for the second treatment and l asked for assurance that the Bermuda grass would be removed. He called his supervisor to get confirmation. His supervisor was not sure. After receiving a phone call from their customer service department they were going to look into the matter. A few weeks later l was contacted by a supervisor here in Wichita who informed me they were not able to use the treatment that l can easily purchase myself. Reluctantly l agreed to have True Green fertilizer and treat my yard for weeds. As of this day no one has been back to complete treatment of my yard. I have spoken by phone numerous times to get someone to treat my lawn. At least 3 appointments have been set and yet no treatments. All phone calls even to area code 316 area code go to all call centers out of state. I have asked repeatedly to have someone contact me about this issue. And have asked for a full refund. The phone representative will tell me that they are filling out a request for someone to contact me.
As of yet l have not heard back in the past 30 days.

So beware of the scam that True Green Lawn Care. Are perpetrating.

One of our neighbors found a Cooper Head snake culed up on her front porch this afternoon. Please talk to your kids and neighbors about avoiding these snakes. They are common to our part of the state and are veminous.
