Song Summit Foundation is taking the Challenge LIVE this Friday from 6–7 PM, and this is one of those opportunities where one contribution can strengthen two community organizations at once. 💪

Here’s how it works:

When you donate through the Song Summit Foundation Challenge, your dollars go directly toward supporting KRCL and the community radio programming it provides — programming that amplifies diverse voices, shares music and stories, and creates space for the people and organizations that make our community what it is!

Our goal is to raise $2,000!

When we reach that goal, KRCL will match it with $2,000 worth of in-kind on-air underwriting support for Song Summit Foundation. That underwriting gives us valuable airtime to share the work of the Foundation, bring greater awareness to our community programs, and continue using music as a way to connect and strengthen our community.

So your donation isn’t being split between two organizations.

Your contribution supports KRCL directly — and KRCL then turns that support into greater visibility for Song Summit Foundation.

At the heart of everything we do is the music!! 🎵 Last night, an incredible group of artists took the stage and reminded us exactly why the Song Summit Foundation exists.

We believe artists deserve the opportunity to create, grow, connect, and share their music with the world. The funds raised through the Foundation help make that possible by supporting emerging musicians through mentorship, resources, performance opportunities, and programs like Summit Rising.

Every year, the Song Summit Foundation searches for emerging artists who are pushing creative boundaries, telling meaningful stories, and building the future of music.⁠

After an incredibly competitive selection process, we're proud to introduce the 2026 Summit Rising class:⁠
