Tamara Stanger has spent her life working in restaurants with a deep passion for wild foods and local ingredients. Her restaurants have been in the list of top restaurants in Phoenix for the past several years, but she recently made the move to Utah as the chef of The Lakehouse at Deer Creek, in Heber City. Tamara’s menus have always centered around history and culture with a strong influence of small farms and indigenous ingredients, and she will be creating a special menu on July 30th for the Taste America Park City dinner.
