A HUGE MomCo birthday shout out to !! 🎂🎉
Erika has given so much to this MomCo community and we are lucky to have her as our leader!! She originally started attending MomCo meetings in Atlanta where she became a mom, and continued once she moved out to Park City 3 years ago.
Arthur (5), Grace (3) & Ruby (1) are the three lucky kids that get to call her Mom 💕
Her advice to all moms is that it’s this season of loving, growing, and pouring into your kiddos, but make time to nurture YOU. I feel so “off” if I haven’t taken time to do something for ME. It’s not selfish, it’s self-preservation! Take time and take pride in remembering and revisiting what makes you feel productive, challenged, balanced, unique, interesting, talented, or adventurous. The things that gave you street cred and a resume have also equipped you with unique tools to be the perfect Mama for your children. When your natural gifts are tapped into on a “somewhat regular basis,” then you will begin to regulate and recenter with that same fire and energy for your kids. At least in my house, kids will see the lighter happier YOU and that is a little reflection of who they are becoming every day!
