Mental health matters for men too:

- Men experience stress and depression just as much as women do
- Seeking help from a counselor is a sign of strength, not weakness
- We have three Behavioral Health providers who can help our patients through counseling and/or medication
-----------------------------------------------------------

You make it possible for people in our community to get the care they need, and that matters more than we can say.

At People's Health Clinic, healthcare is about more than appointments, prescriptions, and procedures. It's about making sure parents can care for their family. It's about helping a neighbor manage a chronic condition. It's about ensuring someone has a place to turn when they need care most.

Every day, our team works to remove barriers and improve lives across our community. None of this happens alone. The care we provide, and the hope it creates, is made possible by people like you.

💜 This is who we are. This is the work you make possible.

Our 2025 Impact Report shares how you made extraordinary care possible when our community needed it most.

We hope you'll take a few minutes to see the difference your generosity made.

Tickets are now available for Walk & Wine 2026!

Every year, thousands of families in our community turn to People’s Health Clinic for care. Thanks to supporters like you, that care is provided at no cost.

As healthcare coverage continues to shrink across the country, we expect more families—including many children—to rely on the clinic in the months ahead. We are ready to meet that need, but we can't do it alone.

Join us for Walk & Wine 2026 on Sunday, August 9, from 10 AM–2 PM at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley.

Choose a scenic mountain hike or outdoor yoga session, then enjoy lunch, live music, and inspiring stories from patients whose lives have been changed because this community chose to care.

Every ticket helps provide healthcare, hope, and support to local families.

Screenings we offer — simple, fast, and important

• High blood pressure screening with a quick blood pressure check in the office. High blood pressure is often called the “silent killer” because many people have no symptoms.
• Screening for diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, and high cholesterol with a simple blood draw.
• Colon cancer screening beginning at age 45.

Colorectal cancer is now the second leading cause of cancer death overall in the United States and the leading cause of cancer-related death in adults under 50. Early detection saves lives.
----------------------------------------------

Before she ever worked at People's Health Clinic, Sheccid Mejia was one of the lives touched by it.

Her mother received care here while pregnant with her. Years later, Sheccid returned—not as a patient, but as a medical assistant helping others navigate some of life's most difficult moments.

Today, she helps patients understand diagnoses, access medications, and leave with the confidence they need to manage their health. Soon, she'll take the next step toward becoming a physician.

Sheccid's story is what your support makes possible: care that comes full circle, creating healthier futures for patients, families, and the community we share. Your generosity helped make stories like Sheccid's possible.

Did you know?

- Men are 33% less likely to go to the doctor than women
- Only 60% of men get routine yearly checkups
- 40% of men won't go to the doctor until something is seriously wrong

This lack of routine care partially explains why men live an average of 5 years less than women. Many illnesses — such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and colon cancer — have no symptoms until the damage they cause is no longer reversible.

At the People's Health Clinic, we have providers who are experts in men's health.
----------------------------------------

4,208 people walked into People’s Health Clinic in 2025 because someone believed they deserved care.

At a time many clinics scaled back, our incredible community of donors made sure we could step forward. ❤️

Because of your support, in 2025:
• Patient visits increased 18%
• 21,448 patient encounters took place
• More than $3.7 million in medication savings helped patients access the care they needed

Behind every number is a person who was able to see a doctor, fill a prescription, or receive care they otherwise may have gone without.

Our 2025 Impact Report shares the stories, compassion, and community that made this possible.
