Pack 28 Cub Scouts Chartered by Paris First United Methodist Church & registered with West TN Area Council, BSA, Pack 28 has proudly served the Paris, TN area for over 70 years.

We welcome boys & girls in grades K–5 for family-oriented Scouting adventures, service, and fun.

Windy skies, fierce races, and lots of Cub Scout fun! 🌬️⛵

Our scouts built their own boats out of styrofoam cups and duct tape, then put them to the test in the Rain Gutter Regatta—a hands-on Cub Scout activity designed to teach creativity, engineering basics, and friendly competition.

It was a day full of close finishes, teamwork, and cheering—congrats to Henry on sailing his way to 1st place! 🏆

Rain Gutter Regatta is a Pack favorite! Scouts build boats and race them using teamwork and creativity. 🚤
