Thank you to everyone who donated, bought a ticket, volunteered, and joined us for our annual Chili Day! Once again, our community showed up in a big way, and we are incredibly grateful for your continued support.

For more than 60 years, this fundraiser has helped us make a real difference. The funds raised will support vital eye care projects across the Mid-South, with much of it staying right here in Henry County. Throughout the year, we’re also blessed to partner with and support many local organizations.

A special thank you to First Baptist Church Paris for graciously allowing us to use your facilities. We couldn’t do this without our amazing community!

The Paris Lions Club lost a great member and leader this week. Lion Kevin was a vital part of our club for many years, constantly living out our motto of “We Serve.” Locally, he served as our past president and was a valuable source of information for all things related to the Lions Club. He was involved at the District level, constantly traveling around West Tennessee assisting clubs in various capacities. Perhaps most importantly, he dedicated countless hours over several years as Director of the Mobile Sight Van, providing thousands of children throughout West Tennessee eye screens and doctor referrals. Lion Kevin will be greatly missed, and our Club is stronger because of his years of service and commitment. Please join us in praying for his wife, Ann, during this difficult time, and may we all strive to make an impact by serving others the way Lion Kevin did.
