A Message from Nurse Love
Hello Parents and Guardians,

This is Nurse Love, and most of you have received a message from me regarding your child's health records. The 30-day requirement for immunizations to be up to date is approaching. Please make sure your child's updated immunization records are turned in or that you contact me before September 5, 2026 if you have questions or need additional time.

Also, please check your child's backpack for paperwork regarding physicals. If your child has already completed their physical for the 2026 school year, you can take the paperwork to their doctor to have it completed and returned.

Please remember that any consent forms sent home in your child's backpack need to be signed and returned promptly.

Safety Touch Base 💙
For the safety of all students, please do not place medications in your child's backpack. All medications must be handed directly to me or the nursing assistant. Please plan accordingly when sending medication to school.

I have truly enjoyed getting to meet your students, and I look forward to a happy, healthy, and successful school year!
