A heartfelt thank you to Ralynn Tate, an Edgar County Shrine Child, for generously donating 100% of the proceeds ($1250) from the sale of her cake at the Edgar County 4-H Food Auction to St. Louis Children's Hospital. Your kindness, generosity, and willingness to give back are truly inspiring.

A special thank you also goes to Scott Ingrum of Ingrum Waste Disposal for supporting this incredible cause by purchasing the cake. Your generosity will help make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families receiving care at St. Louis Children's Hospital.

In a world that can sometimes seem a little dark, it's uplifting to witness good people doing good things. Acts of kindness like these remind us that compassion, generosity, and community are alive and well.

Thank you both for making Edgar County proud and for helping bring hope to children who need it most.

Your presence meant far more than simply attending. You are the reason we work so hard to support the mission of Shriners Children. Seeing your smile, hearing your story, and spending time with you reminded everyone in attendance why these events are so important.

You are an inspiration to us all. Your courage, strength, and positive spirit touch the hearts of everyone you meet. Thank you for sharing a part of your day with us and for helping our supporters see firsthand the incredible difference that Shriners Hospitals makes in the lives of the children and families.

As another Shrine Weekend comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU.
From the Super Raffle and Auction on Friday evening, to the BBQ, Parade, 50/50, and Derby on Saturday, this weekend would not have been possible without the incredible support of so many people.

Thank you to all of our sponsors for your generosity and commitment to helping us continue our mission. Your support provides the foundation that makes these events possible year after year.

Thank you to our fellow Shriners who dedicate countless hours of planning, organizing, cooking, selling tickets, setting up, cleaning up, and doing whatever needs to be done. The success of this weekend is a direct result of your hard work and dedication.

Thank you to every volunteer who gave their time to help. We are especially grateful to the student-athletes and young people who stepped up to lend a hand throughout the weekend. Your willingness to serve your community does not go unnoticed.

Most importantly, thank you to the people of our community. Whether you bought a raffle ticket, attended the auction, came through the BBQ line, watched the parade, cheered at the derby, donated, bid on an item, or simply shared a post, you helped make a difference.
