Many of you know that I have spent the last 25 years as a personal trainer. We opened Kids U years ago 12 years ago to create a space for kids to develop their physical prowess and core strength, while having fun at the same time.
Now, I believe, is the time for the next phase of physical development for Kids. That is why I am partnering with RiseFIT and Edge Physical Therapy to open a gym for youth athletes.
I am now proud to Welcome YOU to RisePERFORMANCE.

Hey Everyone, TJ here.
US Gymnastics Development Center is running an incredible deal until 12/10/17 on their winter camp!! Running from Tuesday 12/26 through Saturday 12/30, you can purchase 10 sessions for only $250! Session are 9 - 12pm and 12 - 3pm.
Bonus:
I am hosting this camp! I would love to see all of my old friends from Kids U!

Hey Everyone!
Go over and like US Gymnastics Development Center and check out their school's out camps. I have added them to the US Gym roster and they have been major fun! Trampolines, foam pits, bounce houses, ropes, rings, we have it all here!

Hey everyone,
Wondering where you can find me? I am managing a great new gym in Waldwick! 1 Gym 4 All is an inclusive sensory gym for ALL children! Like us on facebook and keep your eyes on us as we ramp up our programs and build a community around 1 Gym 4 All. I mis everyone tremendously and its only been less than a week, come visit!

For ten and half years I was part of something huge, a community of families with so much love and happiness to give. They trusted me to do what was best for their kids and opened their hearts and their doors to me. I was invited to their family parties, vacations, and weddings. No words can describe the overwhelming joy I have to be "Coach TJ". To the thousands of families that walked through our doors, you will always have a place in my heart. To my little gym rats, continue to be as strong as you can be and dont let anyone tell you "you cant", not even yourself. Kids U closes its doors tomorrow but I hope its philosophies stay with you forever. I love you all!
