If Mel were still with us, he would be celebrating his 100th birthday this week. ❤️

Mel was not only a wonderful friend but also a proud co-founder of the Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club. His vision, dedication, and commitment to serving others helped lay the foundation for a club that continues to make a difference in our community today.

We miss you dearly, Mel. Your kindness, generosity, wisdom, and passion for service have left a lasting impression on all of us. Your legacy lives on through the friendships you built, the lives you touched, and the Rotary spirit you helped inspire.

Although you are no longer with us, you will always be remembered with love, gratitude, and admiration.

Paramus Kids Talent Show & Costume Contest 2026 – November 21!
Get ready for an exciting evening of talent, creativity, and family fun! Paramus Sunrise Rotary presents the Paramus Kids Talent Show & Costume Contest on Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Location: West Brook Middle School Auditorium

Talent Show
Children can showcase their talents in singing, dancing, music, and more! Every performer will receive a trophy and certificate.
Costume Contest – 15 Winners!
• 5 First-Prize Winners: $100 gift card each
• 5 Second-Prize Winners: 30-inch stuffed animal each
• 5 Third-Prize Winners: Nemu Nemu stuffed animal each
Admission & Registration
Admission: $10 per person | FREE for participants

Through the Books for a Cause project, the Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club and the Rotary Club of Saigon International partnered to establish a library at Tran Quoc Tuan Primary School in Vietnam, promoting literacy, expanding access to education, and inspiring a lifelong love of reading among children.
A heartfelt thank you to the principal and teachers of Tran Quoc Tuan Primary School, the Rotary Club of Saigon International Books for a Cause Committee, and everyone whose dedication, generosity, and teamwork made this meaningful project possible. Together, we are helping inspire a lifelong love of reading and create brighter futures for children—one book at a time.
