Opening night of Heroines of October 7 was incredibly moving and inspiring. We were honored to welcome such a powerful gathering of community members, supporters, and advocates for an evening filled with meaningful conversations, reflection, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so special. The exhibit continues through May 29, and we encourage everyone to come experience these extraordinary works by Israeli artist Yael Nitzan and the stories of courage, resilience, and sacrifice they represent.

Yesterday, Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey joined Jewish Federations from across the country on Capitol Hill to urge Congress to support $1 billion in funding for the Nonprofit Security Grant Program so Jewish institutions have access to critical security resources amid record-high antisemitic threats.

During a meeting with Senator Andy Kim, Federation representatives Jason Shames, CEO, Rena Donin Schlussel, JCRC Chair, and David Barkey, JCRC Director, discussed the urgent need for this level of security funding. We commend the Senator’s strong support for these efforts.

Federation Full House 2026 broke records and brought our community together for an unforgettable night. ♠️

More than $390,000 raised.
Most sponsors ever with 40 sponsors.
A sold-out tournament and a record-breaking 340 guests in attendance.

Beyond the incredible fundraising success, this year carried even deeper meaning with the introduction of the inaugural Steve Rogers z”l Leadership Award. Honoring Daniel Herz and hearing Robin Rogers reflect on Steve’s impact on Federation, our community, and the founding of Full House was truly special and deeply moving.

The evening was a powerful reminder of the leadership, legacy, and community that continue to drive this event forward. Thank you to everyone who helped make Full House 2026 such an unforgettable night.
