DearHeart Charitable Foundation, Inc. The Dearheart Charitable Foundation was established in September, 2005 to support families suffering from cancer.

With the simple goal of helping in sometimes the simplest of ways, we hope to assist families in getting through their most trying days. The Foundation was formed by the family and friends of Dawn DeCotiis-Palumbo, who lost her battle with breast cancer on September 23, 2005 at the age of 44. During that difficult time, we came to understand that while the person afflicted is obviously feeling the

emotional and physical effects of the disease, the entire family unit is equally impacted emotionally and often physically.
