According to www.thehotline.org female intimate partners are more likely to be killed with a firearm than all other means combined. This is what happened to a victim of domestic violence this weekend in Arizona. A former professional baseball player killed his ex-girlfriend and then himself.

Our Founder Debra Kersee-Anderson walked 3.38mi in memory of Jennifer Schlecht and her 5-year-old daughter, killed on November 13, 2019 in New York. Nearly 560 New Yorkers were killed in domestic violence incidents from 2010 to 2018 according to an annual city report. More than half of those victims were killed by spouses or partners. Join her in October, National Domestic Awareness Month, as she participate in the Belgrave-Kersee Foundation, Virtual Walk-Run-Bike 90 Mile Challenge to End Domestic Violence.
