85 people killed due to intentional negligence of safety maintenance and warnings. The court values the total of these lives at 3.5 million dollars. And no one goes to jail.

The families of some of the 85 people killed by a horrific Northern California wildfire ignited by Pacific Gas & Electric's long-neglected equipment vilified the company Wednesday as greedy, corrupt and reckless, telling heartbreaking stories of their loss in court.

After listening to a representative plead guilty to felony man slaughter of 84 Camp Fire victims on behalf of PG&E, I couldn’t help but reflect on the 1,000s of people believing they too were going to lose their life while escaping horror. This article personalizes each fatality by stating where each victim was found after the fire. My heart, prayers, and healing energy go out to the families and friends of these people. It was disturbing to me when the PG&E rep stated that it was his hope that the guilty plea would bring some peace to loved ones left behind. There will be no jail time for these 84 felonies. Most compensation to families will be worthless stock.
Peace? I don’t think so.

PG&E pleaded guilty to killing 84 of the 85 victims of a 2018 wildfire. A report released by the Butte County district attorney listed the names.
