ANNOUNCEMENT: USDA Home Repair Loan & Grant- Pilot Program

Was your septic system or well damaged? Do you need to remove trees or make other repairs?

USDA can help.

Loan and Grant Options Available Now to Rural Homeowners:

· Must own and live in your home

· Loans up to $40,000, 20 year term, 1% interest rate

· Grants up to $10,000 for eligible homeowners age 62+

· Home must be in a rural community (entire Camp Fire area NOW eligible)
