The Paradise Pathway 2025 - 2026 snow season has had more than 5 months with snow on the trails. Today’s photo (May 10, 2026) shows lingering snow on the trail where the groomer packed the snow. There were no spring wildflowers yet but they should start within the next week or so.

Meantime we’re still hoping for a new groomer for the next grooming season. Please consider making a tax deductible donation toward a new Ginzu groomer.

We got about 30 inches in the big storm last weekend. Spring started yesterday but it’s still snowing on the Paradise Pathway. We’ll likely have a snow base into May. This would be a fantastic year to put that Ginzugroomer that we are aiming for to use.

Groomer Randy had shoulder tendon repair so our grooming is done for this season. The trails are open year round but grooming won’t resume until around December of 2026. Randy is recovering well and looking forward to the next grooming season, hopefully with that new Ginzugroomer.

We are about half way there to getting the Ginzugroomer. Thank you to those who already donated towards the Ginzugroomer. Two of our donors come all the way from Florida to ski the Paradise Pathway trails!

After 8 inches of new snow, all of the Paradise Pathway trails were freshly groomed today by our dedicated Randy. Our trails are in great condition.

Randy has the Paradise Pathway trails groomed and in good condition after our winter storm yesterday. Skiing should be great!

Randy groomed today and reports that the trail conditions are great. We have a deep snow base so the warm spell won’t effect our trails much. We are still planning on a new groomer in the coming year that can break up the ice crust on the trails from the freeze-thaw days that happen more often towards spring. The new groomer could extend our ski trail season by a month or more. Keep an eye out for our fund raiser.
