Join Circle K for ourย fourth general meeting of the fall semester, where weโll discuss all of our upcoming events for the next few weeks, this time joined by Rich Rader! ๐
Dr. Rich Rader is an ordained minister, educator, speaker, author, entrepreneur, and founder of Gracestone Professional Solutions, Inc. Hisย doctoral work is in Transformational Leadership, and his personal journey following a partial foot amputation has also become part of how he understands and teaches growth, connection, leadership, and impact. It led to an identity he now uses in much of his work: The Foot and a Half Leaderโข. At the heart of that work is a simple belief: โI matter. You matter. Together, we matter more.โ

From Dr. Rich:
โMy work centers around helping people bridge the gap between where they are and who they are becoming. One of the experiences I have developed is called The Connection Code, which explores the role authentic human connection plays in our growth, leadership, influence, and impact.
โFor our time together, I am envisioning an interactive conversation around the idea that connection is not something that simply happens to us. It is something we can learn to create intentionally. We will explore what makes people feel seen, heard, valued, and ultimately that they belong. I would also love to connect that directly to the opportunity CKI members have through the broader Kiwanis Family. A relationship that begins in one club, on one campus, or through one service experience can become part of a network that extends far beyond Las Vegas.โ
We will also be enjoying a quick presentation from One APIA Nevada on how to stay civically engaged in the Nevada community! ๐ณ๏ธ๐
SEE YOU SOON!
