This weekend and this season, our sisters in Canada celebrate the bounty of harvest and gatherings. 🍁 With a full table and a full heart, we are grateful for Ontario’s harvest. Grateful for the land. Grateful for the Indigenous peoples who have cared for both since time immemorial.

Corn, beans, and squash. Wild rice. Maple. Gifts first grown and shared by the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat, and by the many Nations whose teachings on gratitude and reciprocity guide us still.

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving🍁

Many of our Founders became educators themselves, and that legacy lives on in every teacher who believes in a child’s potential.
