The annual meeting of the Papinville Historical Association will be held April 7th at 6:30 at the museum. We will be collecting membership dues at this time. We will also be discussing events for the coming year in addition to voting on numerous items.

The regular annual meeting of the Papinville Historical and Cemetery Association will be held on Thursday evening April 11th at 7:00p.m. in the museum.

If you would like to help with a great organization and become familiar with local history, then come and be a part of this wonderful group.

They will be electing officers and deciding many other items of great importance. Some items on the agenda include planning future events, one as early as June 8th. The Papinville Historical and Cemetary Association will be updating their by-laws and discussing a building project.

They will be letting everyone know about this after the business meeting. If you want to know about it first, come to the meeting on April 11th. That way you will not only have the information first, but you can help in the decision-making.

The picnic is Saturday we can't wait to see you all!! Activities begin at 1:30 p.m. We will have a silent auction running all day with so many wonderful items donated by many local businesses. A pie auction will be at 4 pm. Games,wagon rides, and so much more through out the day. If you wanna make a pie for the pie contests pies need to be there by 2:00. Dinner will be a at 5:00 and boy will it be yummy. Hope to see you all there!!
