🙌📈 Meet Whitney Rajotte, your personal guide for the Business Growth Collective!

Whitney is a hospitality and business operations professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning restaurant management, franchising, business development, administration, and entrepreneurship.

As the owner of Kith and Kin Concepts, LLC, Whitney oversaw the operations of two restaurant concepts and managed teams of approximately 75 employees. 💪

Her experience also includes serving as Chief Development Officer and Partner with Rush Holdings/Rush Bowls Franchising, where she guided franchisees through the entire process of opening new locations—from construction and design to hiring and operations.

🌟Whitney brings a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to business, with expertise in operations, HR, payroll, accounting, contract negotiation, marketing, and customer service.

She relocated to the North Fork Valley in 2024 with her husband and daughter. They are currently working on their new homestead and are enjoying the beauty and community the valley has to offer. ⛰️

Whitney will be available at every coworking session and workshop to answer questions and support your business’s acceleration.
