es of lush countryside in Philadelphia's western Main Line suburbs, the Abbey focuses on liturgy and worship, and provides people of all ages and religious backgrounds a wide range of programs and resources to foster spiritual well-being in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. A key feature of the Abbey is its Spirituality Center, which offers 36 newly renovated rooms for overnight guests. Spiritual direction is offered upon request and a theological library is available for guests.

The Vocations Discernment Weekend at Daylesford Abbey offers a unique opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and spend time listening for God’s voice in prayer, community, and reflection with other men from the Philadelphia region and as far away as Florida.
Hosted by the Norbertine Fathers of Daylesford Abbey, this weekend retreat is designed for men ages 18 and older who are open to discerning a vocation to the Catholic priesthood or religious life. Whether you are actively discerning or simply curious about where God may be leading you, this experience provides a welcoming and supportive environment to explore those questions more deeply.
Throughout the weekend, participants will:
- Join the Norbertine community for Daily Mass and the Chanted Liturgy of the Hours
- Experience periods of prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, and silence
- Learn about the spirituality, mission, and community life of the Norbertine Order
- Engage in conversations with Norbertine priests about vocation, discernment, and faith
- Connect with other men who are also exploring God’s call
