What did we talk about at our latest meeting?

We continue fundraising for our Beautification project for the equipment in Paola's Park Square. While we're making good strides (with many thanks to the generosity of visitors at Music and the Market), more support for improvements to our beloved public park at the heart of downtown Paola is GRATEFULLY appreciated. https://discover-historic-paola.square.site/ We are a Kansas not-for-profit and 501(c)(3).

The Paola Farmers Market is in full-swing! And after a couple years of dedicated restoration the market to a locally-sourced, food-focused, and neighbor-run community event, Discover Historic Paola is delighted to see the joint event with family and fan-favorite, Music on the Square, hit its stride.

We will continue to work with our friends, neighbors, and the City administration on our beautification project and other efforts to make our IRREPLACEABLE downtown your favorite place to be.

So, please join us and this community, and help us define--and redefine--what downtown can be. Donate if you can, but, most importantly, participate -> get in on our Live session or come to our next meeting in person, 5:30 PM on August 1 at 8 E Kaskaskia, Paola.
