What started as a small nurse led idea to support our patients has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.
We are so thankful to the Tyndall Spouses Club for hosting a March Donation Drive benefiting Fresh Start CARE Closet.
Your support helps us provide clothing, hygiene items, and comfort to individuals entering detox , often with very little of their own.
This community continues to show up, and I am so grateful. ♥️

Snack & Meal Donations 🥯🍕🥫🍿🥜🍬

We are so grateful for the continued support from our community. In addition to clothing and hygiene items, we are always appreciative of sealed snack donations for individuals receiving care at CARE Detox. (Nutritional healthy snacks, gatorade, water bottles)

If you or someone you know owns or works with a local business, bakery, or restaurant that may be interested in occasionally sponsoring snacks or meals, we would love to connect.

Current Closet Update ♥️

Thanks to the incredible support from our community, we are currently well stocked on women’s L tops 👚 and pants 👖 thank you!

We can use the following items:

Women’s Clothing:

Women’s S/M/XL
Plus-size clothing
Women’s shoes 👟 (all styles except heels)
Panties (new preferred, but gently used Is accepted - we can launder)

Men’s Clothing:

Men’s clothing overall (still very limited)
Men’s 👕 S/M and XXL tops
Men’s 👖 30/32, 34, and 38+
Mens shoes 👞
Underwear (new preferred, but gently used is accepted — we can launder)

Hygiene Items:
Deodorant
Toothbrushes 🪥
Toothpaste
Lotion 🧴
Feminine hygiene products
Chapstick

Storage Needs:

4–6 plastic storage totes with lids to help us organize and store donations

Please know that even if we are stocked on certain sizes, we will still gladly accept them. Any extra items will be stored and used as those sizes run low, ensuring we can continue to support individuals as needs change.
