While the school year may be over, our work continues. New students are applying to Take Stock in Children this summer, and each one needs a caring adult in their corner.

Because of their courage and sacrifice, generations of students have had the freedom to learn, grow, dream, and build brighter futures. Education thrives because of the freedoms they helped protect.

Tonight was about possibility.

We were honored to present Pathways to Opportunity: Expanding Take Stock in Children to the Impact 100 Gulf Coast members. Thank you for allowing us to share our program tonight.

A special thank you to our Superintendent, Mark McQueen, for joining us today and for the strong partnership between Bay District Schools and Bay Education Foundation. We are proud to support public education in Bay County and work alongside district leadership to create more pathways to success for students.

There is something special about senior season.

Over the past weeks, we’ve had the honor of celebrating graduating seniors through scholarship awards, Take Stock in Children recognition events, and so many unforgettable moments that remind us why this work matters.

Each student has a unique story filled with hard work, perseverance, leadership, and hope for the future. From scholarship presentations to recognizing our Take Stock seniors, we continue to be inspired by the incredible young people in our community.

Bay County is filled with bright, deserving students who are ready to make a difference in the world, and we are grateful to our donors, mentors, schools, and community partners who help make these opportunities possible.

The future is bright, and senior season is one of our favorite reminders of that.
