JP-PAS provides financial assistance for people with disabilities who are working or pursuing career advancement. The program can help cover the costs of personal attendant services and other employment-related supports that are essential for success in the workplace.

If you require assistance with at least two activities of daily living, you may be eligible for a reimbursement of up to $2,330 per month to help offset the cost of a personal care assistance.

REMINDER: Panama City Housing Authority will open waitlists for 2 Bedroom Project Based Voucher (PBV) Units on WEDNESDAY May 13, 2026 at 8:00am CST. These units will be located at Fletcher Black Apartments and The Park at Massalina. Applications must be submitted online through our official website: https://portal.panamacityhousing.org

Because the list is capped at 100 applications, we highly recommend that interested parties visit the website promptly at 8:00 AM to begin the process. See attached for additional details.
