From discussion groups and community gatherings to energy work, readings, workshops, movement, healing, and spiritual exploration, June’s calendar reflects the many paths people take on their journey of growth and self-discovery 🌿

✨ We are excited to share another beautiful transformation inside Capstone House!

One of our in-house office spaces has recently been refreshed and is now home to Harmonics of Life and Kateryna Armenta. Over the past several weeks, this space has been thoughtfully redesigned to create a welcoming environment dedicated to relaxation, restoration, and holistic wellness.

Kateryna offers a variety of services including sound healing, energy work, vibrational therapies, and her newest offering, the Harmonic Reset Experience on a therapeutic vibroacoustic bed.

We love seeing the practitioners within our community continue to grow and bring new experiences to those who visit Capstone House. The renewed energy in this office is beautiful, and it has been wonderful to watch the space evolve into something truly special.

Congratulations, Kateryna! We are excited to see this next chapter unfold and look forward to all the people who will be supported and inspired in this transformed space. 💚

We’re not attempting to escape this modern life, we are making space for reconnecting with something older, steadier, and deeply human

We are so excited to welcome a brand-new experience into our space.

Starting June 1st, www.harmonicsoflife.com and Kateryna will be introducing the new Harmonic Reset Experience — a therapeutic vibroacoustic bed experience inspired by her work in sound and vibrational therapies.
