Bay Storytellers

Bay Storytellers Who? Storylovers and storytellers are welcome at our monthly meeting: 6:00, second Tuesdays, Bay County Public Library, 898 W 11th Street.

Folks well-versed in the cadence and rhythm and wonder of language, folks who relish traveling with their listeners and bringing them safely home, folks who communicate eyeball-to-eyeball and heart to heart. Members of Bay Storytellers have been sharing stories in and around Bay County, Florida for nearly twenty years, telling at senior centers, schools, festivals, civic organizations, and seasonal events.

A couple of months ago, Bryan Taylor and I began The StoryTable at Cafe del Mundo in the Cove. It was to be a place where folks could gather in a relaxed atmosphere to share stories, adventures, happenings, ideas, disasters, travels...whatever. And it has turned into such a joy!
Such a variety of people with so much to share have taken part - and great listeners too! We meet every other Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the lovely Cafe del Mundo, 101 S. Bonita, with our next meeting Friday, August 19th.
Everyone is welcome!!
