We close out Mental Health Awareness Month in Week 4 celebrating what it means to thrive in community. 💕Healing is not just personal, it is collective. When we invest in our own wellness, we show up better for everyone around us.

This week, commit to carrying these practices forward beyond May: check in on your sisters often, honor rest as self-care, practice mindfulness or prayer, and normalize therapy in your circle. As we always say , healed people heal people.
