Public Reservations are Now Open

An exquisite culinary journey awaits at Gulf Coast State College. Public reservations are now open for the Fall 2026 Cuisines of the World Lunch Series: Island Nations, thoughtfully prepared and served by our student chefs in the John Holley Dining Room.

This season, indulge in a refined four-course menu—featuring an appetizer, soup or salad, entrée, and dessert—inspired by the iconic Island Nations.

Seating begins promptly at 11:30 a.m.

The Caribbean Islands | September 29 + October 1

Hawaiian & Polynesian Islands | October 20 + October 22

Australia & New Zealand | October 27 + October 29

The Philippines | November 17

Venue: John Holley Dining Room, Charles Hilton Center (GCSC PC Campus)
Pricing: $100 per table of four guests (parties larger than four cannot be accommodated)
Gratuities: Graciously accepted to benefit the GCSC Culinary Scholarship Fund

Last Friday marked an exciting milestone for the GCSC Alumni Association - we hosted our first table since being back, at the Bay County Chamber of Commerce First Friday (proudly sponsored by Gulf Coast State College this month)! 🎉

It was incredible connecting with so many fellow alumni, sharing stories, and strengthening the bond that makes our GCSC community so special. This is just the beginning, and we’re energized about what’s ahead as we continue building meaningful connections with our alumni network.
