We had a great day at our 3rd Annual Hurricane + Disaster Preparedness Expo, presented by Chevron.

We were excited to see so many members of our community come out to learn how to better prepare themselves, their families, and their businesses before severe weather strikes. From expert advice and preparedness materials to weather radio giveaways and valuable resources, the Expo truly served as a one-stop shop for all things preparedness.

Preparation is one of the most important things we can do as a community. Having a plan, understanding your risks, knowing where to get reliable information, and building your emergency kit before a storm is on the radar can make all the difference when severe weather threatens our area.

A huge thank you goes to our vendors and partners who dedicated their Saturday to sharing their expertise and helping educate our community. Your willingness to answer questions, provide guidance, and distribute resources helped make this event a tremendous success.

If you weren't able to attend the Expo, we encourage you to connect with the vendors listed below. They are trusted experts in their respective fields and can help answer your preparedness questions, provide resources, and assist you in developing a plan before hurricane season reaches its peak.

Thank you again to Chevron, our vendors, volunteers, and everyone who attended. Together, we're helping build a more prepared, resilient, and informed Bay County.
