✈️🌤️ Today's BBIA Lunch & Learn Was Cleared for Takeoff! 🌤️✈️

Thank you to everyone who joined us today as we welcomed Parker McClellan, Executive Director of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), for an outstanding presentation on the airport's growth, future expansion, economic development opportunities, and the impact ECP continues to have across Northwest Florida.

From passenger growth and new air service opportunities to terminal expansion and aviation-related economic development, today's presentation gave members a firsthand look at how ECP continues to help drive our region forward.

We were also thrilled to welcome representatives from the City of Panama City - Government, and we appreciate their continued partnership and support of the building industry and our communities.

A special thank you to Marty Perrett, BBIA Treasurer, FHBA Associate Region Chair, and Commercial Lender with Innovations FCU, for serving as today's host and helping keep our program on course.

🏡🔑 SOLD! Another BBIA Scholarship Home Success Story! 🔑🏡

Today, we had the incredible privilege of handing over the keys to the new homeowners of the 2026 BBIA Scholarship Home and celebrating the success of another project that will leave a lasting impact on our community. ❤️

There is nothing quite like seeing the smiles on the faces of a family receiving the keys to their new home. As exciting as today is for our homeowners, it is also a reminder of what this home represents: opportunities created, futures supported, and lives changed through the BBIA Scholarship Program.

A special thank you to our BBIA President, Cosheene Timson, for representing the Association at closing, and to BBIA member Rhonda Jacques with Centennial Bank for helping make this day possible. We also appreciate our BBIA member partners at South Oak Title for hosting a smooth and successful closing experience.

This home would not have been possible without the leadership and vision of G6 Development, the beautiful design by M. Corb Architectural Design, and the dedication of our listing REALTOR®, Morgan Benton with eXp Realty.
