What a wonderful turnout for our August ECBWA meeting! 💚✨

A huge thank you to Faith Allison Mascato for joining us and sharing such a powerful message about resilience, healing, connection, and the stories we carry with us.

Such an important reminder that being strong doesn’t always mean simply pushing through. Sometimes it means giving ourselves the space to acknowledge what we’ve carried, reconnect, and keep growing.

We also loved seeing a room FULL of incredible women connecting, supporting one another, and building new relationships. This is exactly what ECBWA is all about. 🤎

There is something powerful about a room full of women who choose to encourage, support, and champion one another. 💛

This month’s Emerald Coast Business Women’s Association meeting was one of those mornings that reminds us why this community exists.

A huge thank you to Something’s Cooking Downtown for providing a delicious lunch with incredible sandwiches and sides—it was the perfect way to gather around the table together.

We were also honored to welcome Rachel Duval from Humble House Ministries, who shared the heart and mission behind the ministry. Hearing her passion, along with the powerful testimony from one of the women currently in the program, was a beautiful reminder of the hope, healing, and transformation that happens when women are surrounded by love and support.

At ECBWA, we believe in women supporting women—whether you’re building a business, pursuing a dream, or simply looking for genuine connection. There is a seat for you at our table.

Join us on Thursday, July 9th from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at the Bay County Chamber of Commerce for an inspiring afternoon of networking, lunch, and an incredible presentation from Rachel Duvall, Founder & CEO of Humble House Ministries.

Rachel will share her powerful journey of serving women in recovery, helping families reunite, and making a lasting impact throughout our community. You won't want to miss this meaningful presentation!

What a fantastic June meeting for the Emerald Coast Business Women Association! 🌟

A huge THANK YOU to Liz Hunt, owner of Anytime Fitness Callaway and MFM – A Meal Prep Co., for an educational, inspiring, and entertaining presentation today. Liz shared valuable information about women's health, body composition, maintaining muscle mass as we age, and the growing role of peptides and GLP-1s in overall wellness. Her knowledge, humor, and energetic personality kept everyone engaged from start to finish!

We would also like to congratulate Nicole Mayo on successfully leading her very first meeting as ECBWA President. Nicole did a wonderful job, and we are excited for her leadership in the coming year!

Special thanks to the Bay County Chamber of Commerce for graciously allowing us to use their meeting room and helping make our gathering possible.

And let's not forget the delicious lunch provided by MFM – A Meal Prep Co. The Tarragon Chicken Salad Wraps were absolutely amazing and received rave reviews from our members!

Thank you to everyone who joined us today. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and support one another as women in business throughout our community.

Her passion for children, education, and preparing our youngest learners for success was truly inspiring. From sharing the importance of kindergarten readiness to highlighting the impact early learning has on a child’s future, she reminded us that investing in children today helps build stronger communities tomorrow.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with Emerald Coast Business Women’s Association and for the meaningful work you continue to do for families across Northwest Florida. 📚✨
