🎣🐟 Join us for the 23rd Annual Fishing Rodeo at the Callaway Recreational Complex on Saturday, June 20th!
Registration begins at 7:00 AM, with prizes, raffles, giveaways, and drawings kicking off at 10:30 AM!

This Free event is open to participants ages 16 & under, accompanied by an adult.

Thanks to Fish Florida, the first 200 participants will receive FREE rod & reel combos!

We’re excited to have:
✅ Mosley High School Bassmasters assisting with rod & reel rigging, casting instruction, and fishing tips
✅ Cramer Marine & Outdoor on site sharing boating and fishing knowledge
✅ MyFWC Florida Fish and Wildlife officers providing hands-on fishing assistance and education
✅ U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary offering boater safety and life jacket education

Enjoy FREE hot dogs provided by the City of Callaway Leisure Services Department and drinks from Buffalo Rock Company! 🌭🥤

Plus, plenty of vendors, raffles, gift cards, swag, prizes, and more are still being added! Bring the family out for a fun-filled Father’s Day weekend event for anglers of all ages!

Get paid to train! The Florida Department of Transportation has launched a paid Mobile Construction Training program with classes starting up soon in Panama City. No construction experience needed.

Program highlights:
* Heavy equipment operation
* Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training
* Maintenance of Traffic
* Workplace Safety (OSHA)

Eligibility:
* Must to legally authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must pass a drug screening and background check

Dates in Panama City:
* July 13 - August 21, 2026 or
* August 10 - September 18, 2026
Monday - Friday
* Additional dates to follow

Upon completion of the program, participants will gain access to a variety of full-time opportunities.

After an initial four-week classroom and simulatioon training, participants will take part in an additional two-week training period where they can choose to either earn a commercial driver's license or go right to on-the-job training.
