Tomorrow is our GOLD RUSH Pep Rally, and we want to see Rutherford showing up in GOLD!

Need a little extra gold? SGA will be selling gold accessories and spirit items for just $1 tomorrow morning in the courtyard and during all three lunches. Bring cash and grab some beads, glasses, face paint, and more!

Then bring that energy to the pep rally as we cheer on our Rutherford football players and show them that Ram Nation is behind them!

If you or a young person you know needs immediate help, safety, or just someone to talk to, Safe Place and TXT 4 HELP are here for you 24/7.

Here is how to get support right when you need it:
📍 In Person (Safe Place):
• Look for the yellow and black Safe Place sign on local businesses, libraries, fire stations, transit vehicles, and more.
• Step inside and tell an employee you need a Safe Place. They will immediately connect you with a youth service agency to get you to safety.

📱 By Text (TXT 4 HELP):
• Text the word SAFE and your current location (address, city, state) to 44357 (4HELP).
• You’ll receive a reply with the nearest Safe Place location and the number for the local youth shelter.
• Reply "2CHAT" to text interactively, live 1-on-1 with a trained counselor.

It’s fast, free, and completely confidential. Help is available everywhere you are. For Youth. Someplace to Go…Someone to Help.

As students head back to school, let's work together to keep everyone safe! Whether students are walking, biking, riding the bus, or traveling by car, everyone plays an important role in their safety.

✅ Slow down in school zones
🛑 Stop for school buses
📵 Put distractions away
🚗 Follow school drop-off and pick-up procedures

Reminder: Beginning tomorrow, the City's School Zone Speed Enforcement Program will be in effect. Please obey posted speed limits and use extra caution when traveling through school zones.
