Operation Wellness Shield Inc, (“OWS”) is dedicated to improving the holistic well-being, personal independence, and long-term stability of United States active-duty military, veterans, and first responders Beneficiaries. Recognizing the visible and invisible challenges these individuals face, OWS seeks to subsidize expenses related to obtaining physical and mental well-being, family formation, and physical mobility services. By leveraging a network of trusted service providers, verified partner organizations, and OWS facilities and personnel, we aim to provide a continuum of support services that empower our Beneficiaries to control their futures.

September 18th is National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

The black-and-white flag you'll see flying at federal buildings, VFW posts, and town squares this week was designed back in 1971, at a family's request, for one reason — to make sure no one forgot the Americans still unaccounted for from our nation's wars.

Its motto says it plainly: “You are not forgotten.”

That's not just history. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is still working active cases today, still bringing families answers decades later.

This week, take a moment to remember the prisoners of war and the missing — and the families who have never stopped waiting for them to come home. 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years, we remember. 09/11/2001 changed our nation forever. Many firefighters and officers who ran toward the towers on September 11th; Some paid the ultimate sacrifice. Many who made it home from that day got sick in the years after.

Today, Operation Wellness Shield is honoring those heroes. Their sacrifice is not forgotten.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

Service asks a lot of the people who give it — military, veterans, first responders. The weight doesn't always show up right away, and it doesn't always look like what people expect. Chronic exposure to trauma, disrupted sleep, and the pressure to always be the strong one all take a real toll over time.

We're not a crisis line, and we're not going to pretend we have all the answers. What we can do is remind you: reaching out for help is not weakness, and you are not alone in this.

250 years of freedom.

This 4th of July, we celebrate the birth of a nation built on courage, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit of service. From the very beginning, brave men and women have stepped forward to defend the freedoms we cherish, and they continue to do so today.

As we gather with family, watch fireworks, and reflect on our independence, we’re also reminded of the quiet cost many have paid.

This year, we’re honoring those who serve by helping one veteran regain something simple but profound: the ability to ride bikes with his kids. Service-connected epilepsy has made traditional cycling unsafe for him. With your support, we’re working to get him an ICE Recumbent Trike, giving him back mobility, independence, and precious family moments.

On this 250th anniversary, every act of gratitude matters.

Every contribution helps restore freedom in a very real way.
