The Pana Skating Complex is a Pana Pride sponsored community-based project that is intended to promote the health and well-being of Pana citizens. This project will be like something that Pana has never seen before and while we anticipate an unbelievable result, we understand that it is going to take a significant amount of resources such as money, time and support. Our committee decided to break
this project into phases to make it more digestible to the community, as well as ourselves. Phase 1: Roller Rink, regulation size 200x85 structure with a professionally installed, state of the art enclosure surround system. Intended for roller blades and roller skates. Phase 2: Skate Park, 200x50 layout with a professional grade design featuring various apparatuses such as half-pipes, handrails, funboxes, stairsets, pyramids, banked ramps, etc. Intended for skateboards, roller blades, BMX bikes, and scooters. Phase 3: Kiddie Rink, 30-foot mini rink for beginners to build confidence before venturing out onto the larger rink. Parking lot, pavilions, bleachers, benches, lighting and landscaping will also be finalized within this phase. We, as a committee, value the input and feedback of the community since this project is ultimately going to be for YOU, but we ask that you please be respectful and constructive. We understand that this project will not be fully accepted by everyone, and that is alright, but this is something that our committee feels strongly that will benefit our community. We will continue posting updates on our page to maintain transparency and keep everyone up to date on what’s happening! This project will be primarily funded by donor contributions. To help:
