Mums the word! We have the most beautiful mums in town! Mums are $15 and our Jumbo Mumbos are $50. The pumpkin patch and fall sales pavilion are open until 4pm today (Friday) and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm. Don’t miss these beauties!

Tired of this rain? We are too! But the weekend weather is looking beautiful, and we hope you’ll come out to The Children’s Farm!

Pick your perfect pumpkin, take a hayrack ride, climb the hay bale climber, visit the animals, and enjoy all the fun of fall!

Pumpkin Days Hours:
Friday: 10 AM–1 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM

Admission: $15/person
Children under 2 are free!

🎃 Just want to pick a pumpkin?
Come on Friday afternoon! The You-Pick Pumpkin Patch is open until 4 PM on Fridays, and there is no admission fee for guests who are only coming to pick a pumpkin. This is a no-frills pumpkin-picking option, so the other farm activities are not open during that time.

There’s always something happening at The Children’s Farm!

As the weather gets cooler, our farm programs are a great way for kids to get outside, get their hands dirty, and spend some time with the animals.

Fall Farm Programs
Our Fall Harvest Junior Farmers, Barn Buddies, and Farmers-in-Training programs give kids a chance to experience farm life through hands-on activities, animal care, and plenty of time outdoors. These programs are designed for different ages, so there’s something for our littlest farmers and those ready for a little more independence.

Winter Holiday at the Farm
The holidays are coming to the farm! Join us for a little wintertime farm fun, including our holiday tradition of reenacting the living nativity. It’s a great way to get outside and make some memories at the farm.

Whether your child is a longtime farm kid or this is their first experience with us, we’d love to have them join us!

Know your food. Know your farmer.

Our Farm Store is stocked and ready for the weekend! If you're visiting for the weekend, stop by! We’re open Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM–4 PM, and we have a great selection of pork and other farm-grown goodies.

Pork: Boneless and bone-in pork chops, bacon, shoulder roasts, neckbones, ham steaks, and more.

For the homesteaders: Beef fat for rendering, soup bones and beef for making stock, plus pork neckbones for making the best gravy.

Into the less common cuts? We’ve got organs, including kidney, heart, liver, and more.

🔥 Through the end of September, pork chops and bacon are just $15/lb! And trust us, you won’t be disappointed.

You’ll also find vegetables grown right here at the Farm, local honey, wool dryer balls, and more.

Come see what’s in the store, stock up for the season, and support your local farmers! We’d love to see you.

Friday afternoon pumpkin picking!

While the animals take their afternoon nap at 1pm and our fall activities close at 1pm on Fridays, the pumpkin patch is still open!

Head out to the patch to pick the perfect pumpkin, or stop by our Fall Sales Pavilion for beautiful mums, fall décor, pumpkin carving kits, and more.

Fridays from 1–4pm: No admission fee, no frills, just good old-fashioned pumpkin picking!

Looking for a fun fall day for the whole family? Come visit the Farm for Pumpkin Playland, where you can enjoy fall activities, pumpkin picking, concessions and shop the farm store and fall decor pavilion.

Teachers & School Administrators: Bring Your Students to The Children’s Farm this Fall! 🎃

Looking for a fun, educational field trip this fall? During this one-hour guided tour, students will learn about farm and animal facts, meet and interact with our animals, and then hop on a hayrack ride to our kiddie pumpkin patch, where each paid participant gets to pick and take home their own pie pumpkin!

Plan for about 1.5 hours at the farm, with the option to enjoy lunch in our picnic area afterward.
