🐴 4-H Horse Club Meeting Reminder!

📍 Location: Extension Office

We will have a County Horse Show meeting immediately following our regular meeting.

🐎 Horse Judging Members: If you plan to participate in Horse Judging, please bring a 1.5-inch 3-ring binder with pockets and page dividers. We will be putting together our Horse Judging binders!

🐴 Horse Judging Workshop Opportunity

We were just sent this today — registration is now open statewide since they didn’t have enough District 10 entries!

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning or improving their horse judging skills with members of the Texas A&M World Champion Horse Judging Team.

Attention Livestock Exhibitors!!

Lamb, goat, and heifer validation for 2027 County & Major shows will be on Monday, October 19th at the Expo Building in Mineral Wells from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Exhibitors and a parent must be there to fill out state validation paperwork. If you didn't order a validation tag, you can still order one up until October 7th for $30 each.

Reminders:
* If you have Texas Lamb Breeder or Texas Goat Breeder tags, please bring them to validation so they can be put in and recorded on the validation form.
* Please bring heifer papers
* Visit https://palopinto.fairwire.com/ to complete you County Stock Show entries BEFORE validation.

Call the Extension office at 940-659-1228 if you have questions or if you need to order a late tag.

We are so excited to officially have our new Palo Pinto County 4-H Horse Club up and running, and we’re even more excited about the young leaders stepping up to serve our club this year!

🐴 Palo Pinto County 4-H Horse Club Meeting Reminder! 🐴

🍂We will be electing our 4-H Horse Club officers! If your child is interested in serving, make sure they’re signed up for 4-H and have a small speech prepared introducing themselves and why they want to run for an officer position. The officer positions are President, 1st Vice President (in charge of programs), 2nd Vice President (in charge of recreation), 3rd Vice President (in charge of membership), Secretary, Treasurer, Reporter, Parliamentarian, and Health and Safety Officer.
