Early Monday morning our HeartFit For Life team stopped by the local fire station 🚒 to donate toys 🎁 for families in need. We’re grateful for the chance to support our community and partner with the first responders who make a difference every day.

September is Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) Awareness Month — a time to shine a spotlight on the most common heart rhythm disorder, affecting millions worldwide.

AFib affects 1 in 4 adults over 40, yet many don’t know the symptoms or treatment options.

Cardiac rehab programs like HeartFit For Life benefit people with atrial fibrillation (AFib) by improving exercise capacity, reducing the frequency and severity of AFib episodes, and enhancing mental well-being. Recent evidence shows that regular, moderate exercise within a cardiac rehab program is safe for most patients and helps with secondary prevention of heart disease.
