NISA has identified a 𝟳-𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆, with spacious two-bedroom units, that will serve as a dedicated 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

This property will provide individuals and families experiencing homelessness with a safe, stable, and dignified place to call home as they work toward rebuilding their lives.

Our theme this year, "Raising Generations Against Domestic Violence," will discuss ways to raise the next generation with faith to understand that domestic violence is never an option.

Our keynote speaker this year, Hina Khan-Mukhtar (https://hinakm.com/about/), will share parenting advice for nurturing Muslim values in children and creating harmony in the home so as to lessen some of the perils that lead to domestic violence. We are also honored to welcome Imam Tahir Anwar as our special guest.

J fled a dangerous marriage carrying debt, fear and trauma. With safe housing and steady support from Nisa, she rebuilt her finances, grew in her career and moved into a stable home. Before she left, she made Umrah on her own.
