The Lytton Gardens Volunteer Office is hosting a Back to School Backpack Drive in July 2012, which will raise money to purchase backpacks and school supplies for underprivileged students at the Belle Haven Elementary School. This program is currently in dire need of receiving more donations from businesses in order to reach our current goal by mid-July to purchase 100 backpacks fully equipped with school supplies. As such, we would like to take this opportunity to request your participation in monetary donations, gift cards, or backpacks and school supplies. Your participation in this fundraiser would help alleviate the economic stress of several poor families in the Belle Haven community. A contribution of any size will be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in helping out, please RSVP to our event.
