Join us on May 28th at The Huddle at Google, where guest speaker Dr. Hom Chew’s granddaughter and civic leader will share insights on his legacy.

The presentation will be presented in both Mandarin and English. RSVP by May 26.

A ceremony was held on May 12th to honor the Bayside Cannery on Portage Avenue. Once the third-largest cannery in the U.S., it was owned by Thomas Foon Chew, the “Asparagus King.” His success broke barriers for Chinese Americans during a time of discrimination.

ACCC Bilingual Mindfulness Meditation

We will practice together to meet the stress and challenges of life with awareness and compassion. Mindfulness meditation deepens our hearts and minds as we bring non-judgmental awareness to whatever arises in our human experience. Each class will begin with some instruction and then move to guided meditation.
