Empowered Players is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to accessible youth arts education.

We are incredibly honored to share that Empowered Players has received an Imagine Learning Foundation Grassroots Grant from the Imagine Learning Foundation!

Their generous support will help us expand our Young Empowered Players program and help us meet the growing demand for our programs, ensuring all students have access to theatre education.

We believe every student deserves the opportunity to experience the transformative power of the arts. Thanks to this opportunity, we can continue working towards just that.

Thank you, Imagine Learning Foundation, for investing in our students and the power of arts education!

Celebrate 10 years of Empowered Players with an unforgettable evening of comedy from Bent Theatre Comedy!

The fundraiser features Bent Theatre, a traveling troupe that has brought live improv comedy to Charlottesville and Central Virginia since 2004. Bent Theatre creates hilarious scenes inspired by audience suggestions, making every performance completely unique.

Come ready to laugh while supporting our programs! We can't wait to see you there. ♥
