Due to incoming weather, today’s free workout at Wilkerson Mill Park is canceled.

Join us next Sunday, February 22 at Wilkerson Mill Park for our final free workout.

Registration is open at llainc.org. Regular season practice begins March 2, and team assignments will be finalized that week.
