✨What is the Goal?
Our goal is to train up to 50 business leaders, school officials, nonprofit leader,s mental, physical, or emotional healthcare practitioners, and passionate community leaders
Applications are due March 31 and participants will be notified by April 10 2024. Class starts May 1, 2024
✨What is Positive Psychology?
Positive psychology, the science of wellbeing, success, and happiness is a growing field of scientific inquiry.
Where traditional psychology focuses on fixing what was wrong in a person, positive psychology aims to create more of what is right in our lives.
✨What do you actually do in the CAPP class?
You are expected to come open to connecting, learning, and growing over the next year.
You will complete pre-work, attend the live training classes (one and a half days per month) and virtual coaching sessions (most Wednesday evenings) and participate in the pay-it-forward challenges and impact project.
You are coached to apply what you are learning in your own life AND teach others in your workplace, school, faith or community group the science and practice of positive psychology.
