Day 1 of the Open Fields Alliance Annual Conference marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Coah Kiah opened with her inspiring PowerTalk, Roots That Rise, exploring how we can steward what we’ve inherited, while intentionally shaping the legacy we leave. Attendees also built community through affinity group connections and came together for a vibrant welcome reception.

The Cultivating Change Foundation is now Open Fields Alliance.

Cultivating Change prepared the ground for what would come next. Today, our vision stretches farther across the horizon.

Open Fields Alliance is a place where community grows, leaders bloom and new ideas take root. It is where LGBTQ+ people across agriculture can grow, connect and lead, helping shape an industry strengthened by more voices, perspectives and backgrounds.

Because when more people have the chance to grow, agriculture does too.
