This spring, the Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs proudly participated in Scholarship and Awards Nights at Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and Rancho Mirage High Schools, celebrating the exceptional achievements of the Class of 2026. ✨🎓✨
Among the evening's honorees were students from Key Club, the world's largest student-led service organization and the official high school leadership program of Kiwanis International. Through volunteerism, community engagement, and leadership development, these remarkable young men and women have demonstrated a commitment to making a meaningful difference throughout the Coachella Valley.
In recognition of their dedication to service, leadership, and academic achievement, the Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs awarded scholarships to 15 graduating seniors. These scholarships represent an investment not only in higher education, but also in the next generation of community leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
Founded in 1951, the Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs has spent 75 years improving the lives of children and families throughout the Coachella Valley through service projects, youth leadership programs, scholarships, and community partnerships. Supporting students through education remains one of the organization's highest priorities.
The Club extends its sincere gratitude to the educators, counselors, families, volunteers, and community partners whose dedication helped make these celebrations possible. Their collective efforts created memorable evenings that honored achievement, inspired excellence, and highlighted the bright future of our region. 📍
As these graduates begin their next chapter, the Kiwanis Club of Palm Springs looks forward to watching them continue to lead, serve, and make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
