Dear Crystal Beach Members & Friends,

The 2020 Crystal Beach Community Association (CBCA) membership drive is upon us!

Each year CBCA dues and donations are used for projects and activities that help preserve the character of Crystal Beach, enhance the lives of its residents, and promote community spirit. Membership also entitles you to substantial savings on trash collection through discounts offered by Orion Waste.

From a community member:
Clearwater gas is running a line down Mayo, to Florida and out to Point Seaside. There is an opportunity to connect in this area if any of the residents are interested. They will run 300 ft of the main line for free if folks are interested. If multiple people want it, the distance does stack for each additional homowner. Requirements to connect are a tankless water heater and one other gas appliance. If there is interest, contacts and additional information can be obtained. Let us know and we will link you to the resident coordinating. 😊

If you've noticed that your water smells reminiscent of a swimming pool this morning, you're not alone. This week Pinellas County started it's bi-annual maintenance.
