We’ve been so busy saving the planet, we haven’t had much time to post! Here are some images of what we’ve been up to for the past few years. Kids Alfresco is reconnecting today’s youth with the natural world through a broad spectrum of outside activities, environmental stewardship, and advocacy. 2011 East Lake Youth Football & Cheerleading in Pinellas County Florida kicked off with Preseason Classic last Saturday. A member of the Suncoast Youth Football Conference, the SYFC consists of 10 teams from Pinellas County. Approximately 225 football players, 100 cheerleaders, dozens of volunteers and many proud parents participate in the program every year.

Kids Alfresco supports organized youth sports as it is not only a good way to get kids outside and active but also helps to bolster a child’s confidence and develop discipline while encouraging sportsmanship and fellowship through athletic competition. 40 million children participate in youth sports every year in the United States.

Fly Like an Eagle! School is out and East Lake Youth Football is also out – a great way to get kids outside that is! These young eagles and (Kids Alfresco fans!) just finished football camp in preparation for the East Lake Youth Football season that begins July 18th. The East Lake Youth Sports Complex is an incredible venue for kids run a group of highly committed volunteers. The organization’s primary objectives are to bring area youth closer together through common interest in sportsmanship, physical fitness, fellowship and athletic competition. Whether it’s football, baseball, soccer or cheerleading, East Lake Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization www.eastlakeeagles.com is a great way to get your kids outside and active this summer .
