This photo was taken when I was a young child receiving a dollar and blessing from the Rebbe.
At the time, I couldn’t possibly understand the impact that moment would have on the rest of my life.
Today, more than three decades later, I find myself privileged to serve as the Rebbe’s shliach in Palm Coast together with my wife, Tzivie. Every Torah class taught, every Shabbat meal shared, every child who walks through our Hebrew School doors, every family that finds a Jewish home in our community, and every mitzvah inspired is a continuation of the mission the Rebbe entrusted to his shluchim.
On Gimmel Tammuz, we reflect on what we have been given. The Rebbe taught us that every Jew matters, that every mitzvah matters, and that each of us has the power to bring more light into the world.
Even though the Rebbe is no longer with us physically, his guidance, vision, and inspiration continue to shape my life, my family, and our mission here in Palm Coast.
Rebbe, may I continue with strength the sacred mission you entrusted to your shluchim. Until my very last breath, I will continue doing everything I can to strengthen Jewish life in Palm Coast, spread your teachings, and bring more light, kindness, and holiness into the world.
May we merit the fulfillment of your vision with the coming of Moshiach, now.
